Omolola Iyinolakan holds a Bachelors of Law degree, LL.B. (Hons) from the Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago-Iwoye, Ogun State and a Masters of Law degree from LL.M from University of Lagos Akoka, Lagos. She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association, and Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Administrators, London. She has over 15years experience which spans across legal practice and the financial services sector. She began her career in the financial services sector in Zenith Bank Plc 2008 after a short core legal practice. She was thereafter seconded to Zenith Trustees as Legal Officer where she rose through the ranks to become the Head of Corporate Trust. She thereafter moved to Coronation Trustees Limited where she was the Managing Director until July 2020. Omolola is currently the Managing Director of Apel Capital & Trust Limited and she is responsible for setting the strategic direction for the growth of the Firm.
