He holds a Bachelors of Law degree, LL.B. (Hons) from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife and a Masters of Law degree LL.M ( Corproate &amp; Securities Law) from the University of London. Babatunde is a seasoned Trust Advisor, he has led his team in participating in many notable capital raise transactions within the\u00a0Nigerian capital market space. He specializes in financial services, lawon secured credit, securities law and regulation, and trust law. Prior to joining FBNQuest Trustees, Babatunde had stints at the full business service law firms of B. Ayorinde &amp; Co and G. Elias &amp; Co., where he practiced commercial litigation and arbitration.
